As the Design Intern at Cement during the summer of 2023, I collaborated closely with the lead designer to create looks for the brand’s runway presentation at DapperQ’s NYFW SS24 8th Annual Show at the Brooklyn Museum.

I played a key role in conceptualizing the collection, working with crochet, denim, and recycled materials sourced from the NY transit scrap yard.

Each piece reflected our commitment to sustainability, reimagining streetwear through bold textures, upcycled elements, and experimental design.

The show was a powerful celebration of inclusivity and innovation in fashion, spotlighting diverse expressions of gender, size, race, and sexuality on the runway.
